Tickets sales for Diner En Blanc - Niagara have officially opened. The first phase of guests that are able to register are returning guests from the previous Diner En Blanc. Phase 2 will consist of friends that have been invited by those registering in Phase 1, and, Phase 3 will release the rest of the tickets to the public.
